    Can I integrate third-party courses into the portal?

    Yes, many file types can be directly uploaded to your portal, and if there is a course file type that isn’t supported, we can help by migrating it to a supported file type.

        What kind of support does CPKN offer after setup?

        CPKN has dedicated support staff who can assist with issues ranging from:

        As well as any other issue that may arise.

        If our Support Team is unable to assist you, they will escalate the issue to our Department of Information Management and Technology to ensure it is resolved in a timely manner.
